John & Rachel Jesubakthan's Adoption Expenses

John and Rachel are more than our best friends; they have become part of our family. So it is our joy to walk with them on their path to parenthood just as they have done with us. Like us, if you are known by them, you are loved by them. John and Rachel are lavish in their care for others- abundantly generous, joyfully serving, humbly living for Kingdom things. It is now our turn, their people, to link arms with them as they do yet another Kingdom act and adopt.

Rachel and John have always loved children and dreamt of having their own and then going on to adopt more. However, God had a different plan for how their family would blossom and bloom. Despite longing for a biological child, God has first led them down the path of adoption. We have seen John and Rachel walk in obedience and trust that "Good Is Ahead" as they begin their adoption process; although they might not fully understand God's hand, we know they trust His heart.

Their current goal is to begin the process of adopting a baby domestically through Christian Adoption Consultants and then later, Lord willing, begin the international adoption process through Children's House International for an Indian baby. The international process can take up to four years to meet their child compared to one to two years domestically. The total cost for both adoptions, including all fees and expenses, is $80,000; however, they are currently hoping to raise funds only to cover the domestic adoption, as reflected in this fundraiser's goal.
