John o’Groats to Land’s End - Cycle for CALM
Can you please join me in making a difference? I'm going to be raising money in aid of CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably) in memory my friend and former colleague, Tom Evans, who sadly passed away in 2021. Each donation is greatly appreciated!
Over the next few weeks, I will be cycling approximately 930miles (1,496km) from John o’Groats to Land’s End with the goal of raising as much money as possible. I aim to complete this within a 2 week period and cycling 100km+ per day.
I will be wild camping as much as possible throughout the journey, carrying all of my equipment and supplies on the bicycle.
Every week an average of 125 people in the UK take their own lives. Each individual statistic represents somebody who was once loved, somebody who once had their own dreams and aspirations, and the losses of each individual can have irreparable damage on the families and friends they have left behind. CALM and other charities exist to change this.
I will be documenting my journey on my gofundme page and on my personal Instagram (mozzy4) - My journey will be tracked using Strava.
Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me. More information about CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably) can be found online and if you have any questions, please feel free to ask!
