John, Grace & Adam

On the 4th of July, our girl Chloe went to Heaven. Her final moments were spent wrapped in the loving arms of her husband, Adam.
She turned 37 this year & leaves behind her two children - John 5 & Grace 2 years old. These babies are the absolute joys of her life. This fundraiser is for them.
Chloe's absence in their lives is indescribable & incredibly unfair. More then ever, they need the time with their Daddy.
Chloe fought a hard battle with cancer but what set her apart is her undeniable strength & optimism. She refused to give up and fought right up until her final hour.
Adam & Chloe were married in 2012 and soon began trying for a baby.
Unfortunately, at 29 years old, her battle with cancer began. She had a double mastecotomy and underwent an intensive chemotherapy regimen. But in true Chloe style, this was just a hurdle to overcome in pursuit of her dreams.
Chloe & Adam forged on, they showed us the definition of true love. She was in remission, 30th April 2015.
Chloe had so much love to give & while she continued to dream of becoming a mother, they added a little puppy named Coco to their their dynamic duo.
She was pregnant in 2016 & her miracle baby John, was born 15th May, 2017.
3rd December, 2019, baby Grace was born & their family was complete.
Chloe had everything she ever wanted - life was good!
She was back teaching (which she loved), they purchased a plot of land in Pitt Town & began building their new home - The River Dream.
Chloe's world was turned upside down when she received the devastating news that the cancer had returned in 2020.
From here on, she refused to think or hear a negative word, she couldn't afford to - there was too much at stake.
She continued to make many memories with her family, whilst seeking treatment. Chloe's love for designing and building her home, 'The River Dream', kept her motivated & positive. The house is to be completed in two stages, stage 1 of 2 is complete & this is where Chloe spent the last months of her life.
Unfortunately, the cancer was incredibly agressive this time & it had spread - though her mind was strong, her body was tired.
Chloe didn't see or say goodbye to many people that she loves. This was her way, goodbye's are final & she was adament she was going to beat this...somehow.
Her final moments were spent with the love of her life, Adam.
Adam is an amazing father. Chloe can rest easy knowing her babies are loved and cared for - she always said, 'it takes a village'.. Chloe was a village unto herself, she was the first person to drop everything to help someone in need.
This is where we come in - this fundraiser is for John & Grace. For their Daddy, Adam to have time to heal and be available for them and their needs. The loss of a mother is huge at any stage in life, let alone at 2 and 5 years old.
Anyone that has ever met Chloe can attest to the fact that she was larger than life, she was magnetic, loud, fun, her beauty shone, her kindness was unparalleled, she radiated with love..and as cliche as it sounds -perhaps she was too good for this world.
Any amount donated will be received with utmost gratitude.
Love you Chloe, always & forever...
Melody & Amanda xoxo
