Last year the VA, miscalculated and over paid John’s benefits and was issued a letter expressing the different ways to address this. He immediately called the hotline and set up a pay back plan to return the Ch. 31 benefits. Imagine his surprise when a clinical error drained out his family savings. With no options it has left them unsure how to provide for 3 children a mortgage, utilities, groceries, gas and LIFE.

John and his wife Catherine are “as long as we have each other, we have it all” people and would never ask anyone for anything. However, they should not have to burden this financial crisis alone.
