Help us support Joe Little and his family
Donation protected
Hi, and thank you for visiting this page.
This fundraiser is dedicated to supporting Joe Little and his family as they face the unimaginable—Joe’s recent diagnosis of cancer.
Joe has been a frontline police officer with Gwent Police for over 15 years, devoting his career to protecting and serving others. Now, it's our turn to support him.
Just before Christmas 2024, Joe became seriously unwell. He couldn’t eat or drink without being sick, and was admitted to hospital with what was believed to be a stomach ulcer. He spent Christmas in hospital awaiting surgery to remove it.
Then came the devastating news: it wasn’t an ulcer. It was cancer of the oesophagus.
Joe immediately began chemotherapy, with the original plan to remove the cancer after the first round of treatment. Sadly, further scans revealed that surgery was not an option. He is now undergoing a more aggressive form of treatment in his fight against this disease.
Those who know Joe know his strength, courage, and determination. But cancer isn’t just a physical and emotional battle—it’s a financial one too.
We’re asking for any support you can offer to help ease the financial pressure on Joe, his wife Sally, and their two sons, Oliver 14 and Harry 10. Donations will help cover travel for treatment, access to new therapies, and—most importantly—give them the freedom to spend quality time together without the added stress of financial worries.
Every donation, no matter the size, means the world and will go directly to Joe and his family during this incredibly difficult time.
If there’s a battle to be fought, Joe will face it head-on. For those who know him—you know exactly what that means! And for those who don’t, this is the kind of man who climbs lampposts for fun. His spirit is unbreakable.
Thank you for taking the time to read, share, and support. Your generosity and kindness mean everything.
With heartfelt thanks from all who love and stand with Joe.
