Hello, my name is Brian and I'm throwing a Hail Mary for my family. I have a wife named Lisa and a 6-year-old son named Asher. Last year was an extremely rough year and due to where we live, we are in a really tight spot.

2024 went like this: My brother died, I lost my job of 8 years making over six figures, unemployment took so long I had another job by the time it came, had to leave that job due to my autistic son's schedule, my wife was away for two months so I couldn't get a job to make sure my boy was okay, I sold my car to pay for bills, then my wife's car got repossessed because we had no money for the payments. So now we are both unemployed, have no vehicles, and live where there is no public transportation.

We are about to get evicted in a couple of weeks and we have nowhere to go. Our landlord has been extremely cool about everything and they have to do what they have to do, so I understand that. Our families live in a different state and help when they can and have been a lifesaver, but they can't pay our back rent and bills. We have used all resources available to us for rent assistance and utility assistance. This is just a long shot and maybe something will happen.
