Anyone who knows our sister Jo-Ann knows she is a force of nature—the ultimate badass. Right now, she’s facing the toughest battle of her life: bone cancer. And she needs our help to stay afloat.
In 2011, Jo-Ann was diagnosed with Stage 4 breast cancer. After a double mastectomy, she lived cancer-free for 10 years. But four years ago, the cancer metastasized to her bones. Since December 2024, she’s been in and out of the hospital, receiving blood transfusions every two weeks, and she is currently in the ICU fighting an infection.
Despite these challenges, Jo-Ann has never stopped fighting. She has always been the rock for her two special-needs sons - Matthew & Christian, for whom she has been the sole provider.
Jo-Ann has been maintaining their home in Florida through sheer determination and self-taught repairs. But now even those repairs are failing, and every part of her life is being held together by duct tape. With expenses piling up, she’s at risk of losing the one place that gives her and her boys comfort.

- Late mortgage payments, utilities, and food
- Medical and pharmaceutical expenses
- Care for her son Matthew in a special-needs facility
- A broken refrigerator, a leaking kitchen faucet, and a bathtub leaking into the floor below
