My sister Joanne Ybarra is now on oxygen...24/7 and in order for her to have quality of life she needs portable oxygen that can cost up to

$3000. Or more. The ins that she has will not cover it. Without having portable oxygen she is left to only be in her home and walk around as far as her tube can reach. I have financially helped. her and my brother for years. I just can't do this without putting a huge strain on my marriage. Please help
