We are the Wilbanks; Amanda, Jason, & Grayson. Today starts the beginning of our family's journey toward adoption, a path we never imagined we would be on, but a destination we couldn't be more excited to find.  We have searched our hearts & found that adoption is how we want to extend our family of 3 to a family of 4. We started trying for a family in 2007 & discovered infertility issues. We went through years of infertility procedures & different medicines. We finally had our son, Grayson, on IVF #5 & got pregnant with our daughter, Kennedy, on IVF #6. We lost our daughter at 16 wks pregnant and it was one of the hardest gut wrenching experiences we have ever been through. Even still, our want & resolve for another child has never waivered.  In the last year I was diagnosed with Crohn's & advised that becoming pregnant is no longer an option. We considered surrogacy but our hearts and God have lead us to adoption. Grayson is extremely excited about having a sibling. Our family has plenty of love to give, we just need the child to give it too & we need help getting that child, whoever it may be, in our family. Both Jason and I have worked since we were 16. Last year, I was advised to become a stay at home mom due to my immune system. Prior I worked as an xray technologist for 15 yrs & Jason has been working as a CT technologist for over 20 years. With paying for all the IVF and now my health issues, we are starting this entire process from scratch. As much as we hate to ask, we need your help.
