Due to COVID-19, our trip was cancelled and most of our fundraising was put to a halt. Students were given the opportunity to vote on whether they wanted to hold the money for a trip at a later, undetermined date or to spread the funds raised amongst the seniors as a scholarship to support them in their future endeavors. The majority chose to use the funds as scholarships for all the seniors. These students have been through quite the high school experience, and lost all of the fun events they were looking forward to. Through on campus fundraising, we have raised about $900. I would like to bring that number up to $2500, so we can award each of our seniors a minimum of $50. I am asking you to send a little love their way by donating to their scholarship fund to make up for some of what they lost.
