Hello everyone!

For about 7 years now me and my mother have been living in a domestically abusive environment. With the current economic climate our country is in, and living in a family of five, finances are extremely tight. It’s especially difficult when the abusive party includes financial abuse as a part of his behaviour. As a now high school graduate, I am avidly trying to seek out employment, but the job market is almost equally as limited as our economy.

I just hope to eventually have some financial stability for me and my mother to use as a means to help ourselves find something safe. We are both neurodivergent and mentally ill people that have come from frankly abusive backgrounds, and it pains me to see her continue to force herself through a situation that’s so disgustingly awful.
