Jimoh Foundation's Sports Day & Care and Share Lunch

In 2019, we started a heartfelt initiative to support a primary school in Ukanafun, a local government area in Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria—a place with deep personal significance for our family. Ukanafun holds a special place in our hearts as it was founded by our grandfather, and it’s where our mother hails from.

Over the past five years, we've worked tirelessly to improve the lives of the children in this community. In January 2023, we partnered with local seamstresses to provide custom-made school uniforms for all the students. During that same period, we donated laptops and a generator to ensure the school could benefit from electricity and modern tools for learning.

Every December, we host a “Care and Share” event, delivering care packages to the children. This year, on December 20, 2024, we’re planning something even more special—a sports day event to promote joy, physical activity, and a sense of togetherness, followed by a communal lunch.

Until now, we’ve personally funded all these initiatives. However, to bring this year’s vision to life, we need your support.
