Hey friends... some of you may or may not know but one of our fearless leaders has recently become pretty sick with chicken pox and then viral meningitis. We all know that she will be back soon healthier than ever, however in the meantime she will need a little of our support. She is looking at ... at least 10 days down time on top of the days she has already been out. She is a contracted employee (no benefits) and is attending school and the medical bills have piled up. I felt it was best to see if we can pull together as a community to help her feel a little more at ease with this situation and attempt to cover a few of her bills. Any small amount is helpful. AND no judgement or pressure if you can't make it happen. Your love, kind words and support have gone a long way. Anything helps.

Here is one of the replies I got recently when I checked in on her:

"Yeah, that was the other diagnosis and I gave up on it when they wouldn’t let me know over the phone. Because my headache is so bad when they did the lumbar puncture, they said that I will have an exaggerated headache for-up to 10 days maybe less. And the doctor ended up calling me and telling me iPhone they are 100% positive. I have viral meningitis and chickenpox which makes me feel better too. I was scared bacterial. I have been sleeping puking n feeling like can I pass out. They have me on three rounds of antibiotics and nausea medications.

So much more to say, and how appreciate I am, but honestly, I can barely even keep my eyes open for this, without wanting to puke"

We all cannot wait for Jill to get better and be back with us daily.
