As many of you know, our beautiful Jill has been fighting a tireless battle against breast cancer for more than two years. As in usual Jill fashion she has chosen to remain private about this illness as she has quietly fought with grace and dignity every step of the way. She has surrounded herself tightly with her family to be her support as she has led the way like an absolute champion through this unimaginable time.

Unfortunately, and despite Jill enduring any and all treatments offered to her, this cancer has had a mind of its own and took a rapid turn for the worst this September.

In order to be home by Jill’s side and be with their three precious girls, Aaron has had to resign from his job in Qatar which has left their family to rely solely on Jill’s LTD income.

Many people have reached out recently wanting to help in any way that they can. As Jill’s family has pulled even tighter together in the past two months, mostly our answer has been that we would let people know what we need as it arises. At this point in time, we are asking that we give Aaron the opportunity to continue to be by Jill’s side and to help their three girls just get through this time. He has been a rock for Jill and the girls and we want to allow him to keep being there for them. Without worrying about finances and finding immediate employment close to home. Having time with the ones she loves is all Jill has ever wanted and we want to make sure that is what she gets now.

Jill and Aaron would never ask for help if they didn’t need it (they often don’t ask for it even when they do) and they would both be the first to help others in times of need. I know I’m biased, but I would guess there isn’t a single person who would disagree with me when I say that Jill deserves the world. Please, if you can, help them now as they find themselves in this unthinkable time. We truly appreciate it from the bottom of our hearts.
