Hi my name is Ashleigh

I am taking a leap of faith for those who cant see a way out.

Me and a friend are jumping out of a plane. Yes, the fear is real.. the rush of anxiety, the pounding heart, the overwhelming uncertainty. But that fear is nothing compared to what so many young people face every single day.

Mental health struggles can feel like free falling with no parachute. Stress, anxiety, hopelessness consume to many lives.

Im taking this massive leap of faith with a friend on 18th August in Seville, Spain to raise awareness, to start conversation and to remind everyone struggling that you are not alone. There is hope there is help.

I have personally experienced a young person close to my heart struggle with Mental health issues and with support, ways to cope, skills and education given I firmly believe things could have been different.

Thanks to Jigsaw they have been an anchor in supports given. I want to be able to give back to Jigsaw Ireland for all there help & support over the years.

so I am asking for donates from all you amazing people for a great cause, whether it be 50c or more is greatly appreciated.
