Courtney is my little sister she’s had a lot of medical situations going on where it’s been hard for her to get back up on her feet. She doesn’t like to ask for anything but could really use the help for her and her son Kayden. She’s always been there to help when I needed it now it’s my turn to do something for her. Anything will help she just needs some relief.
