This is one of the hardest things our family has ever had to ask for.

Emilio (my husband) was taken by immigration on December 11th, 2025, and is facing an immigration court case that has shaken our entire family—especially our children.

Our kids are scared and confused. They only understand the fear of possibly being separated from their dad. Bedtimes are filled with questions and tears. As parents and family members, it’s heartbreaking to watch them worry about whether our family will stay together.

This situation is about so much more than paperwork or court hearings—it’s about protecting our children’s sense of safety, stability, and home.

What makes this even more heartbreaking is that we were already in the process of legally fixing his immigration status. We had taken the steps and we were so close to the finish line when this happened.

Having an experienced immigration attorney is absolutely critical, but the legal fees and court costs are overwhelming and beyond what we can manage alone.

All funds raised will go directly toward immigration lawyer fees and court-related expenses so Emilio has a fair chance to fight his case and remain here with his family.
