Jesus Youth East Timor Community

Helloooo, my name is Noah and I am raising funds for the Jesus Youth East Timor Community. In late March 2025, I went to East Timor as a missionary to help run a retreat for 250 youth. The retreat was incredible and the youth got to experience God's love and feel a sense of belonging.

After the retreat, I spent some time with Sr Julie, the pioneer of Jesus Youth in East Timor. She’s been faithfully serving there for the past 12 years, organizing retreats, campus ministry, prayer meetings, and full-timer training, handling both the logistics and the finances on her own. Upon asking her, she told me she gets the funds to do all of this through God's providence and begging for money. Yet even out of her change, she would give it to others in need.

There are thousands of youth in East Timor yet to experience God's love and I hope we can raise some money to help support the Jesus Youth mission in East Timor, because with your help, we can help more youth have the opportunity to experience the same joy and fellowship that we have all experienced here in Australia through Jesus Youth.
