Jesse Navlet
Donation protected
As many have learned, the Navlet Family unexpectantly lost their son and brother Jesse Navlet on Sunday, June 11, 2023. Jesse had a kind soul, a fiery spirit, and a smile that could light up any room he entered. This unexplained loss will be felt by everyone close to him.
Due to his condition and history of injuries, the family has decided to donate his brain to the University of Washington for research, Biorepository and Integrated Neuropathology (BRaIN). Their mission is focused on reducing suicide by empowering individuals and communities to take sustainable action, championing systemic change, and restoring hope. Jesse would be so proud of his precious and valuable gift.
The family is touched by how many people are reaching out to see how they can support with any unforeseen expenses and needs. We are setting this up to make it just a little easier for them to navigate. As you can imagine, they don’t know what they need just yet, but any support, kind words and memories are welcomed.
All proceeds will go toward the family’s needs during this time and any additional funds will be donated to charity in Jesse’s name.
If you are thinking about suicide, are worried about a friend or loved one, or would like emotional support, the Lifeline network is available 24/7 across the United States by dialing 988.
