Last week our family received shocking and devastating news. Our brother Jerry has been diagnosed with a bone marrow cancer. We are waiting for more specific diagnosis as more tests are being ran and waiting on his bone marrow biopsy results. Jerry has had to have blood transfusions and process this incredibly hard information in less than a week.

Because of this diagnoses Jerry will be starting chemotherapy soon, followed with a bone marrow transplant. As if all of this isn’t devastating enough, you can imagine the impact their finances will have. This is a time where Kassie and Jerry need to focus on getting Jerry healthy and enjoying this precious life…and not stressing so much over keeping their home and making monthly bills. Kassie will be working as much as possible but Jerry unfortunately will not be able to. This will be a long journey with no set date as of yet when he will be working again.

Prayer is powerful so we are asking everyone to be praying for them both!! We are also reaching out to see if anyone is able to donate and help them keep their bills paid while they journey through what we were not created to journey through.

If you know Jerry then you know he would give the shirt off his back for someone and wouldn’t ask for anything in return….they are so thankful for the love and support already given and they just need everyone to either pray, donate or both.
