Hi, my name is Jeremy Davis, founder and CEO of the Jeremy’s Heart Foundation. Jeremy’s Heart Foundation, composed of three phases, OperationHOPE, OperationREFUGE, and OperationCOMMUNITY, was created to provide adequate resources to those that are deprived, disadvantaged and underprivileged. Our mission for the first phase (OperationHOPE) is to spread HOPE to ALL man-kind, throughout the world, by extending tangible expressions of God’s love. This phase will consist of a coast to coast HOPEtour, providing blessing packages, to those without shelter, during the winter season. Our blessing packages will include basic essential needs, such as Hygiene kits, hats/gloves/scarves, body warmers, thermal blankets, 1 week supply of non-perishable foods and MORE! In order to reach our Goal of 5,000 people, we need YOUR HELP! Any donation, large or small, will create a positive impact in someone’s life!
