Jeremy was an amazing father, son, brother, uncle, amazing friend to many and sadly he passed away suddenly on Sunday, March 24th. We are raising funds to help his boys with funeral costs, final expenses and any additional costs for his family. We are all so grateful for all of the thoughts and prayers also.
