Jeremy Needs a Miracle

This is Jeremy Shadd, is the youngest of my cousin Dan's children.  They live in Costa Rica and since the Pandemic Dan has not been able to work.  Jeremy was born with a defective kidney, doctors there are telling us they have done all they can do for him and to expect the worse.  We would like to see if we can get him to a specialist or possibly to the Cleveland Clinic to see if they can do something to save his life.  We would greatly appreciate your help...  Thank you
