Cold caps and scalp cooling systems are tightly fitting, helmet-like hats filled with a cold gel or liquid that you wear during chemotherapy infusions. These devices have helped many people keep some or quite a bit of their hair during chemotherapy that can cause hair loss.

Insurance does not cover cold cap therapy and costs are based on the treatment regimen and cold cap type.

I am hoping we can raise enough to cover a three month session. Any extra raised will still support Jenn and her family through her fight. Jenn is currently unable to work while she undergoes her 27th chemo treatment so anything we can do to help support her and her family until she is able to go back to work will help alleviate a small amount of stress and worry so she can focus her girlpower on her fight and her family.

Let’s save Jenns hair (because if you know you know, girls got the best!) Cancer has taken enough from our firey friend, let’s help give her this small bit of control over her body while she kicks this in the ass (AGAIN! )
