Hi my name is Jen I am a Mental Health practitioner & Trauma informed Wellness Teacher.

I am taking part in @actionireland yearly volunteer trip to Lesetho South Africa to volunteer with their ongoing Education & Construction project.

Lesotho is an extremely beautiful but 3rd world country who need help with buildings schools infrastructure sanitation education and much more so far @actionireland have spent over €400,000 in Lesotho city the Construction Team has done an incredible job so far with schools and this year safe sanitation for children including toilets is a huge project & priority

My role on this trip will be to support the students from transition to make the transition and comprehend the level of poverty they will be exposed to and also teaching the local junior students meditation Wellness English and lots more

Please donate to my fund which will cover all expenses and moneys spent in Lesotho including Food Travel & Accommodation all proceeds are towards building Lesothos economy
