We would like to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers this past week. Our sweet Jemma was rushed to Phoenix Children's hospital last week. It was discovered that she had a fast-growing tumor in her brain, and needed to have surgery to remove it. After a successful surgery, her team of neurosurgeons and pathologists determined her cancer was stage 2 Meningioma. In other words, this was the best case scenario, requiring only radiation and no chemo for recovery. We have never seen someone face such a difficult challenge with such poise, bravery, and strength like Jemma has. Simply said, she is a champ.
