Jelani Bennett Family
Donation protected
On Monday, August 1, 2022, @ approx. 5 pm Jelani L. Bennett's life was brought to a tragic end. He was murdered outside of his home with his wife and children inside.
Many people knew Jelani throughout his community.
He grew up on 82nd & Bishop. He attended Paul Cuffe and John W. Cook grammar school as well as Calumet High School. Just to name a few.; He was also very well known throughout the Foster Park area.
Jelani made a major impact on many people's lives he came in contact with.
He was a selfless person. He was always helping his family and friends in their time of need.
As a return of kindness, many have been reaching out to his wife Romania asking what is needed and how they may support her and the children in this trying season.
Well, at this time the family is asking in lieu of flowers and cards you can make all donations to a GoFund ME account created for the continuous upcoming financial support for the Bennett family.
Thank you in Advanced,
The Bennett Family
