Jeff & Vanessa Need Our Help!

Jeff & Vanessa are quite literally, the best. And family is one of, if not the most important aspects of their lives. So much so, that when Jeff and his family needed help, Jeff and Vanessa moved their family to Rhode Island to help.

Jeff's mom, Linda, had recently passed away from a multi-year bout with cancer. While grieving their loss, and working through a multitude of familial obligations that resulted in the passing of his mom, Vanessa suffered a stroke in her left cerebral hemisphere.

When it rains, it pours. Literally.

So, let's have a recap: Jeff and Vanessa taking care of his father after the passing of his mother, having have moved their family from Texas to Rhode Island, have now seen Vanessa suffer a hugely impactful stroke and further increase the burden on the Buck household.

And they need our help.

Vanessa's treatment is ongoing, the bills have already been piling up; now they're catastrophic. These people embody the, "let's get through and figure it out later" mentality. But even levies break. We need to do what we can because if the situation reversed, the Buck's would be doing everything they could for us. And then some.

Securing this funding will take a huge amount of stress off of their shoulders. Both in the form of current financial stress and the future unknown. These monies will allow Vanessa to continue to seek treatment without worrying how she and Jeff will make ends meet. This will allow her and Jeff to focus on positive treatment outcomes, which we all know, greatly increases the chances of a full recovery.

Make no mistake about it, recovery from a stroke is hard. Laborious and painful work. But with their inherent positivity, your gracious help, and a whole heap of people showing their support, we'll ensure nothing but a speedy recovery!
