I am Judy, Jeff's mom, trying to get some help for him during recovery from rotator cuff surgery. He is temporarily unable to work, doctor's orders, for 4-5 months, and then is facing more surgery. Jeff has always worked since he was 12 years old, with a paper route, and various other jobs until he finished high school. He went to
