Jeff Kale's Family

Thank you for visiting this GoFundMe page for our dear friend, Jeff Kale. My name is Leigh and I am a close friend of the Kale family. I hope that you will join me in finding a way to help Deanna and her two boys, Brandon and Logan, through this sudden and inexplicable tragedy. When Deanna last spoke with Jeff on Saturday, April 6th, she had no idea it would be for the last time. Jeff, an avid and experienced fishman, went out on his boat from Southport, NC and never returned. The worry, fear, tears, questions, searches, and sleepless nights have been an ongoing nightmare for the sweet Kale family. With no semblance of closure and many questions left unanswered, the Coast Guard called off their search on Wednesday, April 10th after an exhaustive search.

Everyone who knew Jeff saw firsthand that he was a hard worker and sole provider for his family. This leaves Deanna facing the seemingly insurmountable responsibility of making ends meet as she immediately assumes her role as head of household, and wants to provide stability for her boys. Unfortunately, during a time when a family facing such a tragedy should focus on grieving, bills come due and creditors still require payment.
