Jeff & Elyse's Maternity Leave

Baby Rynnings's entrance into the world is fast approaching! Baby's due date is January 11th! Elyse does not get formal maternity leave, so she must rely on the sick days she has built up, and anything beyond that goes unpaid. As of right now, Elyse has enough sick days saved up to stay home with baby Rynning for four weeks and is currently planning on returning to work after that time. We believe that every new momma deserves to have a full maternity leave! Therefore, we hope to provide Elyse the opportunity to stay home with baby Rynning longer and supplement the income they would be missing during that time.

DISCLAIMER: This is a surprise for the Rynnings, so be careful when talking about and sharing it! The plan is to reveal this gift at a baby shower for Elyse planned for early November.
