Hi,

We lost our beautiful mother, Nancy Titus, on November 9th, 2024, unexpectedly. This loss has been a tremendous one, and we miss her every single day.

From the time she was in the hospital until she passed away, there has been obstacle after obstacle with no room to breathe. From her care in the hospital, to hospice, to trying to keep our home, it has been a lot mentally and financially.

The mortgage company that our childhood home is financed through would not let us pay the rent while she was in the hospital after having a major stroke because we were not listed on her account. Now, because the rent was not paid, they are currently trying to foreclose on the home. My sister and I offered to assume the debt and start paying on the home ourselves, but they are wanting fees that are astronomical and are just trying to be difficult and unmoving, it has been difficult to say the least. We are working with a lawyer right now who has been helping us navigate all of this, we would be absolutely devastated to lose our home, the home both of our beautiful parents worked so hard for most of their lives.

We are asking for donations and shares to help us in this fight. We also understand times are hard right now, but my sisters Tamika and Josephine and I are running out of time, money, and options. My mother was the light of our lives and a beautiful soul. We know she would want us to fight them all the way, and that is what we are trying to do.

Anything helps, including just sharing this. Donations will go to lawyer fees, paying for and repairing the home, a celebration of life for this amazing woman, and any cost that will help us with this difficult obstacle. If you have read this far, we really appreciate you taking the time. Thank you.
