JC's Journey: From Trauma to Recovery

Donation protected
In the early morning of September 24th JC Perez Jr. was involved in a severe car accident.
That morning JC was driving home on the highway after it had just finished raining he lost control and drove off the highway causing the vehicle to flip multiple times. Thankfully no one else was involved and at the time of the accident there was a private EMT passing by that kept him alive until rescue was able to take him to the closest trauma center. When he got to the hospital we were told he was breathing 89 breaths per minute, both lungs had collapsed, had skull fractures, broken ribs, a broken clavicle, 2 neck fractures, and the most serious a brain injury of a glass score 3. We're extremely lucky the odds are working in our favor right now considering his vehicle flipped over and was a total loss. We don't know how he survived something so bad but we're extremely thankful he's still fighting.
We believe God has a purpose for him and his testimony will help others. The truth of the matter is that he has a very long road to recovery ahead of him. As a family in need we're asking for prayers and anything that can be donate would be an extreme help to us with these unexpected medical expenses Thank you to everyone and God bless you. We are told that the best hope for his recovery is in either Jacksonville, FL or Atlanta GA.
According to these facilities his medical insurance covers the cost for 30 days in-patient. The minimum amount of time he would most benefit from would be 90 days. Thankfully the first month will be covered, but after that span of time it would have to be paid out of pocket, which is expected to come out to $2300 a day.
Jc is only 23years old and has a whole life to live ahead of him. We are desperately trying to get him there. We continue to ask for prayers and any financial donations you can make. This is a long road but we have faith and will never give up on our boy.JC has been through something no child should ever have to face. After a traumatic brain injury, with a Coma Scale score of 3
- the lowest possible score - and he nearly lost his life. But JC is a fighter, and by the grace of God, he survived.
Right now, he's facing a very long road to recovery. He can't walk or move his body on his own, and he has difficulty speaking the way he used to. He needs a lot of therapy — physical, occupational, and speech
Read below for his story and please, please continue to pray and to share this post. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
