Hi, my name is Claude, and since Oct7, I’ve been making and donating homemade biltong to our finest lads and ladies on the front line. It started as a small gesture to show my appreciation for the sacrifices they make daily, but it has since grown into a larger mission to help provide as many of them as possible with a high protein snack to keep them going.

The response has been incredibly touching with the gratitude and stories of how they feel uplifted by this small but meaningful gesture and has inspired me to continue.

However, the costs involved in sourcing the ingredients, making the biltong, and shipping it out have started to take a toll. I’ve been funding this project out of my own pocket, supplemented by profits from sales, but I’ve reached a point where I need support in order to continue.

The funds raised through this campaign will go directly toward purchasing high quality kosher ingredients, as well as labelling and packaging.
