Jazelle & Jayce Flores- In memory of Lataja

We lost a true angel today. Lataja was hit by a drunk driver this morning with both of her kids in the car. Fortunately both of the kids survived and are recovering.

Lataja was an amazing mom, person, and friend. She was loved by anyone who met her. She was a huge part of our Apollo family and she can never be replaced. She knew every single student that walked through the door and treated each kid like they were her own. I’m not sure what we are going to do without her sweet face waiting for us at the desk every night. 

Lataja worked as a nurse during the day and as a rec manager at Apollo Gymnastics at night. She put everything she had into her work while still being the best mom for her kids. Everything she did was for her kids, so we are asking for your help in making sure we continue to support Jazelle and Jayce. 

We lost a family member today and our hearts are broken. But we can’t imagine what these two little kiddos are about to endure without their mama. Please donate if you can. Any little bit helps. And share this page.

The beneficiary of this page with be Lataja’s dad, Ivan Wilkins. He will be managing these funds for Jazelle and Jayce.
