We need some help.. we can't do it all by ourselves. Over the coarse of the last 8 months Jazmin has been declining quickly. As of August 3rd we were sadly informed she has ALS. Moving forward for her to be at home comfortably and safely.. there are certain items that are not covered by insurance and could use family and community support.
