What Is JAZ Connect?

JAZ Connect is a searchable public directory of Jewish individuals and organisations who oppose Zionism and support Palestinian freedom. It maps the global JAZ landscape, with entries hyperlinked to individual activists and organisations. It reveals not only the scale of Jewish anti-Zionist presence but its very existence—something still largely hidden from public view.

The platform raises awareness, renders erasure impossible, and serves as a central resource for information, visibility, and solidarity.

In time, the directory may evolve into a fuller platform—hosting JAZ

content and linking to JAZ media across the web and social platforms. A kind of digital town square, a living refusal, a rallying point for truth and a resource for activists. It will make Jewish anti-Zionism impossible to ignore.

Why It Matters

Most people can name only a few Jewish anti-Zionists: Noam Chomsky, Naomi Klein, Judith Butler, Jewish Voice for Peace.

This is not a coincidence. For decades, Zionists have worked to equate Judaism with Israel, silencing dissenting Jewish voices—and using that silence to justify oppression, war and mass killing. But when Jews speak out, the narrative begins to collapse.

This project breaks the illusion.

It breaks the isolation.

It breaks the lie that Israel speaks for all Jews.

And it gives Jews and others the courage to do the same.

Who We Are

This campaign is initiated by organisers based in Europe, led by Habeeb Marouf, a British Palestinian translator; Jane Bergman, a language teacher of British Jewish heritage; and Pyrrhus Mercouris, a British Greek project manager. We will be working in direct partnership with Jewish anti-Zionists to build the platform—together.
