Hi, my name is Charlyce, and I am fundraising for Jay (Johnnie) Brooks and his family as he continues to recover in rehab from his June 3rd accident. As many may know he was involved in a motorcycle accident that injured him critically, when an uninsured driver cut him off, failing to observe his right of way. After being in ICU for a month while in a coma, he has remained with still yet a long road ahead of him in rehab to regain his strength & mobility.

Being an entrepreneur, I am sure you can imagine the toll this has taken on his family and their everyday needs. Jay is the kind of person that would give you the shirt off his back, and so very often strives to make sure everyone else around him is good before even himself.

All proceeds raised will directly assist his wife Danielle, and their 2 girls with medical bills and daily living expenses.
