Hello, My name is Shannon Smith, Javier's mother. My son Javier was 13 years old and my only son, and my youngest child of 5. He lost his life senselessly killed by kids having guns. My handsome baby boy, didn't deserve this!!! He was very good child who loved life, very friendly, funny and respectful! Was gunned down and killed senselessly!!! My family and his friends are truly devastated by his loss, and I can't stop crying. Any help in his honor would be greatly appreciated to help toward many things to help during this hard time. I would like to thank everyone who have donated from their heart, and those who have gave loving encouraging words, which have helped tremendously so much and still well needed! Your help has helped with preparation, and other costs. I would like to also do something for friends and family to help with loss and sorrow in memory of Javier and help, by educating especially the youth about gun violence and the effects.
