Daisy and Erika Jauregui and their three children, Mikey (11), Miley (9) and Erick (5) have been granted an immigration hearing appointment in Juarez, Mexico.  Daisy, who, is an American Citizen, has been married to Erika for the past three years and together for 5 years.  Since their marriage Daisy has lived in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico with Erica and their three children. Daisy commutes on a daily basis across the border to her job in San Diego.  Despite the long days, she does this without hesitation and never complains because she loves her family and wants the best for them. Daisy and Erica want to provide the children with a good education,  safe environment,  and opportunities the United States has to offer.

 They have applied for  U.S. Visas a few years ago and the day has finally come.   Unfortunately,  the U.S. Consulate has provided them with a very short notice.  They are expected to travel in less than two weeks.  This appointment requires the whole family to be present. Daisy and Erica thought there would be more notice so they can prepare for this very important day. I know Daisy to be a very kind hearted and hard working person. She would give the shirt off her back to help others. She is too humble to ask for help but in order to get her family to Juarez she will need assistance.
