Jasper Community Theatre Needs Your Help

The Jasper Community Theatre could use your help. Over the last two years, we have struggled to remain afloat through Covid, the 2021 Freeze, and Hurricane Laura. Not being able to bring productions to our many patrons has left us financially unable to keep up with the growing maintenance issues of what was already an old building. Broken pipes, a broken AC unit, and an ever-increasing mold problem have rendered the old Depot unusable.

We can't let our theatre die! Plans are in the works for two new productions over the next several months. We will become a traveling troupe performing in various places until we find a new home.

So this is why we are appealing to our patrons - old and new. We have set up this GoFundMe account in the hope that we need to bring a rebirth to our JCT! Money raised will help us with some initial startup costs for our upcoming productions and, we hope, give us a little seed money to begin our search for a new facility.

Jasper has always supported the arts in our community, so we hope you find it in your heart and pocketbook to help.
