During the month of April I am taking part in the Walk Against Cancer, to raise money for Cancer Support Mallorca. My personal goal is to walk 500,000 steps in the hope to raise 250 euros.

Cancer Support Mallorca is a charity that helps people who are affected by cancer. This is a charity close to my heart as they were there for my father when he was diagnosed with terminal cancer, and for the rest of my family following his death. They offer translations and transport for medical appointments, counselling for patients and their family, nutritional advice and help to request benefits the patient and carer may be entitled to, all of this totally free of charge. Their team of volunteers also make home and hospital visits and where possible offer practical help. They also give items such as wigs, caps, and prostheses to cancer patients.

By taking part in this challenge, I hope to raise funds to help Cancer Support Mallorca continue its incredible work. Every donation, big or small, makes a difference. Thank you for your support!
