Janene's fallen & she can't get up

After dealing with awful symptoms & being diagnosed with fibromyalgia, Janene was forced to leave work; this has been very hard for her because she's always worked so hard throughout her life and loved her job and the people she worked with. The horrible array of pain and illness she deals with are hard to witness but she still manages to get through most days with a smile and a positive attitude.
She made it through the last year by selling all of her stocks and cashing out her 401k in hopes of recovering and returning to the workforce. Needless to say that has yet to happen. She finally filed for disability but it's a long process. Now, with no income, or insurance, every bill imaginable is behind, doctors appointments are being cancelled, prescriptions are going g unfilled (No good for a disability claim), her 26 year old car is in need of maintenance, the pets are behind on vet visits, food is scarce at times and now facing eviction. Most of these issues need resolution NOW.
