Hi, I’m Jamie GillGuyan. On 31 October 2026, I’ll be stepping into the ring as part of the Blood Fitness Contender Series White Collar Boxing Event.

I’m currently working my way through the ten-week training camp, which is going really well. It’s been an excellent challenge so far and one I’m really enjoying.

I’m using the opportunity to raise money for Jersey Support Youth and, specifically, their My Time 4 Young Carers project.

It is a cause I’m really passionate about. Young carers can take on a huge amount of responsibility at home, whether that’s helping to care for a parent, sibling or another family member, often at a very young age.

My Time 4 Young Carers gives them the chance to leave those responsibilities at the door for a while. Through weekly sessions, activities, trips and time spent with other young carers, it gives them an opportunity to have fun, enjoy themselves and simply be young people.

It’s a fantastic local project and one I’m very proud to be supporting.

Any donation, big or small, would be hugely appreciated and will go towards helping Jersey Support Youth continue providing these opportunities for young carers across the Island.
