Jamie & Adam Walking the Walk for CDS - 7th September 2024

The Jubilee Greenway is 60km long - one km for each year of The Queen's reign in her Diamond Jubilee year. It links together all the major Games sites. According to the sites, it will take Walk time: 14-18 hours; Days: 2-4.

On 7th September 2024, Jamie and Adam are going to be walking this entire route in a single day! That is a hell of a goal to reach and it shows how much we believe in the cause we know, Community Driving School CIC.

The CEO and Founder, John Nicholson survived a suicide attempt and went on to set up a driving school with a difference. Not only do they help people get a driving licence, they provide co much support in the form of mental health therapy, CV writing, Job Searching, pathways to apprenticeships, volunteering roles and many other services to give marginalised people a chance in life.

They have helped victims of sexual abuse, domestic abuse, coercive control, poverty, homelessness, ex-addicts/offenders, young carers and other marginalised groups. They rely on the support of the community to keep going and we are "Walking The Walk" to support their cause.
