Hello, my name is James. I am 14 years old and have the incredible opportunity through my school to participate in a four-week expedition to Peru in July 2026. During this time, I will live and work in remote mountainous villages and, together with other young volunteers I will be involved in various projects, such as:

• Constructing and enhancing essential community facilities

• Assisting local schools and educational initiatives

• Contributing to environmental conservation efforts

• Appreciating and preserving Peru’s unique culture and traditions

• Building clean and safe toilets and sanitation systems

• Providing educational resources to support local schools

The expedition will offer many unforgettable experiences including trekking to Machu Picchu.

Why I need your help:

To make this trip possible, I need to raise nearly £5,000!

I plan to organise local fundraising events, but any support from family, friends, and generous individuals would really help me reach my goal.
