Rittenhouse: A New Vision is reaching out to our community to support one of our amazing Board members, James Ruston. "Being incarcerated myself for close to three decades, since the age of 17, I am passionate about raising awareness of problems within our carceral system and helping people to better navigate legal conflict."
James has been invited to present his paper: A Prisoner’s Response to the Canadian National Action Plan on Mental Health and Criminal Justice at the Critical Perspectives 2025 conference in Victoria BC from May 14 to 16 2025.
We are seeking donations to help James with his flight and accommodation so that he may be able to present his very important and meaningful work. Any and all donations will be greatly appreciated.
