James & Jacob Porter

Annie Gambina Porter (44), passed away unexpectedly. Annie lived life to the fullest and loved fiercely in her short time here, she will always be remembered for her sense of humor, love of a good time, and love for her boys.

 

In Annie’s memory, we are raising money for the various needs of James (20) & Jacob (13), who lost both of their parents in only a matter of months. Their father, Hal Michael Porter, passed away on January 17, 2022, and tragically, their mother, Annie passed away on May 17th. The children are currently living in Virginia Beach with their Aunt Jordan and Jacob is under the care of his maternal grandmother, Arlene Butler.

 

With your generosity and Annie’s giving spirit, this page was set up to help cover the family’s financial burden during this unexpected time of loss and whatever else the boys might need in the coming years. Some funds will go to buying them the things they need currently, and many of the funds raised will be put into a trust fund in their names to be accessed to pay for school tuition & expenses, which should help them get on their feet and prepare for adult lives.
