I have exciting news to share about my adult special needs son, James. Please read the announcement in full and check out the link for Vanguard Landing!

James was recently found eligible for residential placement at a new residential community established for special needs adults. This special community is Vanguard Landing.

Debbie Dear, Executive Director, and her amazing, dedicated staff and volunteers have been working for over 10 years to see this community come to life, and alive and kicking it is! I've been working with Debbie over the years by volunteering.

Getting the acceptance letter last month lifted a huge burden off my heart as this will be James' forever home.

James will be in the second round of residents to be admitted.

The current financial needs are the initial entry fee, plus a month's tuition upfront until his Medicaid benefits kick in. That total amount is $16,000. I've already started the payment process myself.
