‍♂️ Pedal Power for Whitburn: Help 5-Year-Old James Cycle 400 Miles for Our Community!

Hi everyone! Meet James Harkins. He’s just 5 years old, in Primary 1, and he’s on a huge mission to raise £1,000 for our local Whitburn community!

James isn't on just any ordinary push bike, he’ll be speeding through town on his official Batman bike, roaring through the streets of Whitburn just like the Batmobile on a mission to save the day! ⚡

This school year, our superhero is taking on an epic challenge: cycling to school every single day, no matter what the Scottish weather throws at him. Sun, torrential rain, or freezing snow, James will be helmets-on and pedals-moving, clocking up an incredible 400 miles across the year.

To top off this massive adventure, Gotham's youngest hero is planing to challenge himself even further by taking on a giant milestone challenge: cycling all the way to Edinburgh Castle!

Where the Money Goes:

We’re aiming to hit our £1,000 target to give back to the heart of Whitburn. Every single penny raised stays right here in our town to support local community projects, school equipment, local groups, and spaces that keep our neighborhood thriving. Every little helps make a big difference!
